Do I need a credit card to sign up and create my first course?

Absolutely not! Wellbee Academy is risk-free! Getting started, creating your course, and publishing your courses is free! We have a unique revenue sharing model, where once you generate earnings from your courses and the enrolments start pouring in, the platform takes a small commission. Click the Instructor Terms to read more about how our revenue sharing model works.

Can I create a course with another instructor?

Yes! In the Course Builder you will have the option to add additional instructors to any course you’d like. When adding co-instructors to courses, they have the ability to modify, edit, and add lessons or assignments to the course.

As an Instructor, can I set my own price for a course I create?

Yes! Wellbee Academy allows instructors to set their own prices for the courses created. You may select between: free, regular price, or discounted price for your individual courses.

Could you elaborate on Wellbee Academy's Revenue Sharing Model?

When a student purchases your course, we calculate the Gross Amount of the sale as the amount actually received by Wellbee Academy from the student. From this, we subtract any Transaction Taxes and a 5% promotional and processing fee to calculate the net amount of the sale (“Net Amount“). Instructor’s revenue share will then be 80% of the Net Amount less any applicable deductions, such as student refunds.

How do I obtain my course earnings?

You must own a PayPal Account in good standing, and provide your PayPal email address (in your Instructor Dashboard) associated with your account to process withdrawals.

If I publish my course on Wellbee Academy, can I also publish my course on other platforms?

Of course! Your courses are always yours, and you can publish and share them wherever you like.

Can I share my course to members who are not registered on Wellbee Academy?

Absolutely. On your Course Page, you will find a share button on the top right corner. Click that to get the share URL. Anyone on or off Wellbee Academy will be able to see your Introductory Course Page and description, If a student chooses to enrol in your course, they will be asked to create an account on Wellbee Academy and submit their payment details, if the course is paid. By becoming a member on Wellbee Academy, they can ask questions, submit reviews, obtain their certificate, and join any virtual groups you have created for the course.
